So far AI has made some significant enhancements, since it's creation. AI started off with simple text generation and answering questions. Now AI is being used to generate images, videos, music and even 3d models. Surrounding AI are many ethical concerns, it is getting harder for students to know what to pursue because of the increasing capabilities of AI. I believe that AI will not take over as many jobs as people think, it cannot currently think for itself and when people think it is being creative it is not it is just regurgitating information from various sources across the internet. Most recently a chatgpt model escaped a sandbox and hacked another AI company called hugging face, this just shows how dangerous AI can be and how important it is to contain and control these models.
